If you have excess stock left at the end of the vocational term which has been purchased from Willen limited, you can return titles to us for a full credit, as long as the titles are in perfect and re-saleable condition. We ask that all stock that is to be returned to us prior to December 31st of the year purchased.
We can also advise you when a new edition of a title is available; if you have any of the previous editions in stock, again you can return these for either credit, or to receive new editions to the same value.
Carriage is charged on all orders under £200.00 in value (Upto a maximum of £6.95); all orders over £200.00 in value are despatched carriage free.
If a customer requests a title which is not in our catalogue or on our website, we can source and supply to your exact requirements.
